General Information:

1.  The client has to show his Income status, Savings and others resources/asset excluding apartment and the age limit will be up to 50 years. The apartment loan may be sanctioned up to 70% of the total price. In case of Business man-Trade license, Income tax certificate, one-year Bank statement & balance sheet of the company are required.

2.  The legal adviser of the investment company will examine the all documents relating to the land & clients. If the opinion is positive then the loan may be sanctioned in favor of the client. It will take 3 or 4 weeks to finalize the loan .The flat is to be mortgaged in favor of the investment company at the time of disbursement of loan Investment period 3 year to 20 years.

Services Building Materials

Tiling : Best quality RAK, CBC, Fu-Wang Tiles are Bath Room and all Floors used Materials: Grade 60 reinforcing bar manufactured from imported billet is used for Doric Homes Ltd. projects. Best quality cement is used for all the projects.

Bricks : Gas burnt bricks in automated machines are used as opposed to conventionally burnt bricks. This ensures the high quality of the bricks which are uniform in size, color and strength. These bricks are also weather resistant and environment friendly.

Kitchen and Bathroom : High quality granite is used for kitchen and bathroom. Ceramic tiles are made RAK, CBC, Fu-Wang are usually used for floors and walls. In all bath and kitchen best quality foreign sanitary wares and fittings are used.
