General Information:
1. The client has to show
his Income status, Savings and others resources/asset excluding apartment and
the age limit will be up to 50 years. The apartment loan may be sanctioned up to
70% of the total price. In case of Business man-Trade license, Income tax
certificate, one-year Bank statement & balance sheet of the company are
required.
2. The legal adviser of the
investment company will examine the all documents relating to the land &
clients. If the opinion is positive then the loan may be sanctioned in favor of
the client. It will take 3 or 4 weeks to finalize the loan .The flat is to be
mortgaged in favor of the investment company at the time of disbursement of loan
Investment period 3 year to 20 years.

Tiling :

Materials: Grade 60 reinforcing bar manufactured from imported billet is used

Bricks : Gas burnt bricks in automated machines are used as opposed to
conventionally burnt bricks. This ensures the
